Trying to decide between a desktop PC and a laptop? Both have their advantages, but if performance and long-term value matter most, a PC often gives you more for your money.

For the same price, desktops usually offer better performance, more storage, and easier upgrades. Their parts stay cooler thanks to better airflow, which helps them last longer and run more reliably over time.

That said, PCs do require a bit more planning. You’ll need a monitor, keyboard, and mouse, and they’re not as portable as laptops. They also take up more space and may need occasional cleaning to keep them dust-free and quiet.

Laptops, on the other hand, are compact and convenient—but they tend to heat up quickly, are harder to maintain, and often have shorter lifespans.

If you’re looking for long-term performance and flexibility, a PC might be the better choice. Still not sure what suits your needs? Link IT Nord can help you choose and set up the right system for your work or home.
